Are your kids struggling?

No matter how much effort, or study went into some subjects, I just could not reach my potential. My lovely high achieving friend would ask; “What did you get?” (showing my 67% mark) “That’s really good!” Seeing her 99% score made my stomach drop to the floor. The Rooting Reflex

When babies are born, they are born with a primitive reflex called the Rooting Reflex. It’s in place to ensure that they survive by being able to find food. 5 things that happen in a Kinesiology balance

The most common question I’m asked, is what happens in a Kinesiology Balance. It’s a great question because even if you have seen a Kinesiologist before, it’s likely that your balance with me will be quite different. The one thing that is consistent amongst Kinesiologists is that we all use muscle testing. So what happens when you book a balance...
